CBSE News: Central Board of Secondary Education starts Call Center

 


In its continuous stride to improve services CentralBoard of Secondary Education (CBSE), an autonomous organization under the Union Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India has started CBSE’s dedicated Call Center for handling routine enquiries and resolve grievances.
Students presently studying in various CBSE affiliated schools, candidates appearing in CBSE Board Exams, students already passed out, parents, school managements affiliated to CBSE, new schools seeking CBSE affiliation, awardees of CBSE scholarship schemes, aspirants and applicants for various competitive exams conducted by CBSE such as NEET, JEE, CTET, JNVST and even general public can approach the CBSE Call Center for obtaining relevant information.
·  One can contact CBSE Call Center through telephone / mobile phone on all working weekdays between 9:30 am to 7 pm on the following telephone nos.: 1800 118 002 [Toll Free]; 011-22509257-58-59; 011-22509256 [Tele-fax].
·   One can also send e-mail giving details of his / her grievance / query along with contact number and details at: cbsecc@gmail.com
